D.C. Mayor Says She Will Sign $15 An Hour Minimum Wage Ordinance

 The minimum wage in Washington D.C. is headed up to $15 an hour by 2020. The D.C. city council unanimously approved the $15 wage. D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser says she will sign the coiuncil's $15 minum wage ordinance. The $15 wage will be phased in between now and 2020 and will be tied to inflation.
