[IN PERSON] Lighting for Live Televised Events (inc. integrating screens into Lighting Design & Workflow)

Award winning lighting designers Jeff Ravitz and Jim Moody have been on the leading edge of entertainment lighting design and technology for decades. This class, as a companion to their recent book, will examine the challenges and solutions to lighting live televised events. This will include principles of design and relevant information on specific technology including camera  and integrating screens into the lighting design and workflow.

This class is geared towards the design aspect of our craft and is focused on the workflow of CLTs and Lighting Programmers. This will be a live in-person class. All COVID-19 protocols required by LA County, the City of Glendale, and Kinetic Lighting will be required as a condition of participation in the class. Please note: You will not be fully registered in the class until your Class Acknowledgement is received.
