Brother James Gilson passed away on April 9th, 2021 at the age of 69. Brother Gilson was initiated into membership on October 1, 1992 He was a 28 year member of Local 728

Brother Joseph E. "Joe" Garcia passed away on March 28th, 2021 at 70 years of age. Brother Garcia was obligated on August 11th, 1973 and was a 47 year member of Local 728 

Brother Leigh Scott Walker passed away on April 1st, 2021. He was 68 years old. Brother Walker was obligated on May 20, 1989 and was a 31 year member of Local 728. He is survived by his sibling, Local 728 member John L. Walker.

Brother James Kimura, 63 years old, passed away on January 20th, 2021. He was obligated on July 24th, 1989 and was a 31 year member of Local 728.

Brother Russell Woolley passed away on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 at the age of 74. Brother Woolley became a member of Local 728 on May 23, 1974 and retired in 2002 after a 28 year career.

Brother Robert Alexus passed away on January 1st, 2021 at the age of 62. Robert was a 42 year member of our Local. He was initiated into the membership on 2/25/1978. 

Brother Jonathan Brown, a member of Local 728 since 7-25-2015, passed away on December 18, 2020. He was 29 years old.

Brother Rob Roy, affectionately known as "Redman" passed away on December 1st , 2020. Brother Roy was a 41 year member of Local 728 having become a member on October 27th, 1979. He was 66.

Brother Larry Kenneth Freeman, a 53 year member of Local 728 since September 9th, 1967, passed away on Sunday December 27th, 2020 at the age of 77.
Brother Freeman was a distinguished member of Local 728.
Among his many accolades and accomplishments, he was a Local 728 Gold Card holder, a long time District 2 Delegate, a past member of our Executive Board, past Vice-President and President.
