It is with deep regret that I have to inform the membership of the passing of Brother Herb Hughes at the age of 89 on 1-26-24. "Herby" was a 63 year member of Local 728. His achievements as a member of Local 728 are innumerous, including his having been the Chief of Set Lighting Department at Disney Studios.

The funeral will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 9:00am sharp at Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills in the Court of Remembrance, Columbarium of Morning Hope area with a celebration of life directly afterwards at MPTF campus in Woodland Hills in the Saban Center at 11:30am.
