Brother Frank "Franko" Valdez, age 73 passed away on November 18th, 2020 after a long illness.
Frank was a 42 year member of Local 728 having obligated on Feb 25th, 1978.
Over the course of his long career and distinguished life, Brother Valdez had many accomplishments, among them:
- Local's 728 Lot Steward at Paramount Studios since 2006.
- A District 2 delegate.
- One of Local 728's Sergeant at Arms.
- A long term Paramount "Best Boy". He ever present smile and mentorship influenced many members of our Local.
- A military veteran and an ex-gold gloves boxer.
