Brother Tim Phelps 68 years of age, passed away on 4-25-22.
Tim was a 45 year member of Local 728. He had a distinguished career as a CLT. He was also an innovative cameraman and gaffed many classic music videos of the 1980's during MTV's heyday.
Tim spent the last years of his long career on The Voice where his music video, television and film experience were of great value, before retiring in 2018.
