Notice of member passing: Paul Jacobsen on May 27th, 2021

Brother Paul Jacobsen passed away on May 27th at the age of 79. A 45 year member of Local 728, he was obligated on March 27th, 1976. He retired in 2006.

The following obituary was sent:

Washington UT - Paul Jacobsen lost his battle with kidney disease, passing away on May 27, 2021.

He was born to Norman and Blanche Jacobsen in Los Angeles, CA on March 30, 1942. He spent most of his life in California and was a true lover of Early California history and collectibles. He loved the outdoors, soaking up the sunshine often in his convertible and was an avid garage sale enthusiast. He started working in the Motion Picture Industry in the early sixties as an electrician and was on crews that involved movies, tv shows, music videos and commercials. He spent several years on the show " Full House" until it ended and then on " Will & Grace " for many years.  Soon after retirement he decided in 2006 to move to Washington, Utah as he loved the beauty of the "Red Rock" and all the outdoor splendor of Southwest Utah. 

Paul is survived by his two daughters, two grandsons, two ex-wives and his beloved companion and love, Marlis Combs who has been by his side loving and caring for him through his fight with kidney disease.

He lived a truly full blessed life and will be deeply missed.
