Brother Russell Woolley passed away on Tuesday, January 19th 2021 at the age of 74. Brother Woolley became a member of Local 728 on May 23, 1974 and retired in 2002 after a 28 year career.
Brother Robert Alexus passed away on January 1st, 2021 at the age of 62. Robert was a 42 year member of our Local. He was initiated into the membership on 2/25/1978.
Brother Jonathan Brown, a member of Local 728 since 7-25-2015, passed away on December 18, 2020. He was 29 years old.
Brother Rob Roy, affectionately known as "Redman" passed away on December 1st , 2020. Brother Roy was a 41 year member of Local 728 having become a member on October 27th, 1979. He was 66.
Brother Larry Kenneth Freeman, a 53 year member of Local 728 since September 9th, 1967, passed away on Sunday December 27th, 2020 at the age of 77.
Brother Freeman was a distinguished member of Local 728.
Among his many accolades and accomplishments, he was a Local 728 Gold Card holder, a long time District 2 Delegate, a past member of our Executive Board, past Vice-President and President.
Brother David Alvarado passed away after a brief illness on November 29th, 2020. He was 25 years old and a member of Local 728 since March 2, 2019
Brother Frank "Franko" Valdez, age 73 passed away on November 18th, 2020 after a long illness.
Frank was a 42 year member of Local 728 having obligated on Feb 25th, 1978.
