[Online Seminar] IATSE Local 728 Town Hall on Diversity

Class Description:

Local 728 has a long tradition of marching in the Los Angeles Kingdom Day Parade honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but it is not enough to stand and march one day out of the year. If we truly believe in equality and vanquishing the culture of systemic racism, we have to change our mindset and do it every day.

Join us for this seminar on how we can participate in the battle against discrimination and prejudice and stand in solidarity with all people. It is a principle core of the labor movement that everyone has the right to be treated equally and deserves the freedoms earned by being an integral part of the American community.
