Positive mental health practices such as mindfulness have been identified as one of the ways to cope with the new normal when we go back to work. With multiple certifications in both Buddhism and yoga practices, brother Timothy Ryan and partner Aimee Scardina will guide us through this meditation class. Beginners welcome.
