Fixture Technician 101A

This class will examine special techniques to wire and make electrical connections to fixtures that are rigged, hung, suspended, and otherwise installed on set. This hands-on class also deals with planning the electrical rigging required by various types of light sources such as fluorescent, tungsten, low voltage, etc.We will also cover specific tools and materials necessary to make a living working as a Fixture Technician.This class will examine special techniques to wire and make electrical connections to fixtures that are rigged, hung, suspended, and otherwise installed on set.
