Fight For $15: Workers Shouldn't be Afraid To Stand Up For Our Rights

Fight For $15 workers like Chicago area Hardee's worker Robert Sunderlin are struggling for living wages and union rights. The last thing workers need according to the Fight For $15 is a fast food CEO as Labor Secretary.

They are protesting Andy Puzder's nomination as Labor Secretary Monday at Hardee's HQ in St. Louis, CKE corporate HQ in Anaheim California and a couple dozen other cities.

Sunderlin urges all workers struggling with low wages to join the movement for $15 an hour and a union.

"It's not easy to come forward and speak out about it because people fear for their jobs. But this is bigger than all of us. We shouldn't be afraid to stand up for our rights as America workers."

Sunderlin says all workers deserve to be paid living wages.
