The Los Angeles/Orange County Building & Construction Trades Council, led by Executive Secretary Ron Miller (UA), the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, led by Executive Secretary-Treasurer Rusty Hicks (AFT), the State Building & Construction Trades Council of California, and the California Labor Federation, led by Executive Secretary-Treasurer and Chief Officer Art Pulaski (IAM), joined the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust (BIT), led by Vice President of Construction and Labor Relations Lynn Fieldman, for the groundbreaking ceremony of Culver City Creative (C3), which is expected to generate 1,250,000 union construction hours.
