If requested, you will need to email me the following information: Copy of your C-Card Copy of current Proof of Dive Insurance Copy of your Logbook verifying a minimum of 25 non-work and non-training dives with 6 of these dives taken place in the last 6 months. Once this information has been verified, you will receive a confirmation with instructions on how to make the required $250 deposit. You may arrange to send a check or use a credit card. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CONFIRM ALL THREE DATES FOR THE CLASS. FAILURE TO ATTEND ANY SESSION WILL CAUSE THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT AND SERIOUSLY PISS OFF SOMEONE ELSE WHO COULD HAVE TAKEN THE CLASS.
