[In Person] Ethernet for Lighting Control (Lab) - Jul 27 2022

This class provides advanced instruction beyond the Ethernet Protocols 101A classes using lighting equipment found on set. Primarily through hands-on instruction, this class will provide the member with hands-on exercises to set up a lighting control network from the console, through the network, to the lights. This class is focused on advanced topics and requires an understanding of DMX and TCP/IP. The DMX Networking 101A and Ethernet Protocols 101A classes or equivalent experience is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MUST KNOW:
• This CSATTF-funded class requires that you have completed all of your SAFETY PASS classes. You can check your status at https://portal.csatf.org/roster/general
• You may only take this course once within the CSATTF Training Eligibility Window (see Additional Information below for more details.)
• Placement in this class is not guaranteed until your eligibility with CSATTF and Local 728 is confirmed.
• Seating for this class is limited.

As of July 24th, at 10AM we have a few seats open for the Ethernet Protocols Lab class on Wednesday, July 27. We will begin at 9:00AM and lunch will be provided. This class is funded by CSATTF so you must be current with all of your Safety Pass class requirements OR within your initial training timeline.
