The International Union of Police Associations is urging support for baton Rouge area police and deputies who lost their homes in the massive flooding in August.

Canadian auto workers gave up defined benefit pensions in return for a GM commitment to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in the Oshawa Ontario plant.

The deal averted a strike and eased worker fears about a possible closing of the Oshawa plant after 2019.

Teamsters Local 952 has managed to reverse a plant closing decision at Kraft Heinz in Fullerton, California, saving 350 Teamster jobs.
